Remote Computer Repair (Tools )

Have you ever had your computer repaired by us remotely?  If not then you’re in for a real treat.

Here’s how it works.
           
You give us a call and chat briefly about the “symptoms” that your computer is showing.

Then with just a couple of mouse clicks that YOU make with YOUR permission we are able to enter your machine remotely.  Using advanced technology we can repair most software issues while you watch.  Your mouse will literally move around the screen in front of you.  As a matter of fact, our customers often tease us and say, “hey, you’re going to give away all of your trade secrets”.  We’ve even trained some users on how to repair simple problems themselves.

Then when the repair is complete you close us OUT of our machine and without your future permission there is no way that we can log back in. 

Lastly, you’re so happy that your machine is back up and running that you call or email your friends and let them know.  (This last step is optional of course but we sure do appreciate it!
